IST Energy’s Waste-To-Energy Conversion system converts waste in the form of paper, wood, plastic, and food into electricity and heat using our patent pending GEMTM process.

Our highly efficient and clean conversion process produces electricity and heat that is used by the customer or sold back to energy providers.

 

 

 

Process Steps

Waste is fed into the system by an operator  

Waste is densified, conditioned, and converted into optimized fuel pellets
Fuel pellets are gasified and synthetic gas is created

Synthetic gas powers generator

Generator produces electricity
